Label printing for jewellery, watches and precious stones is not a standard IT application. Therefore eXtra4 offers well-founded support for label printing systems. We build on more than three decades of labelling experience and know how to make complex technology easy to understand.
Explanation competence in many languages
If software or hardware malfunctions occur, our technical team is at your side worldwide. Our employees at eXtra4 support you in German and English. By prior arrangement, communication is also possible in French, Spanish and Russian.

Support on your own computer
For online support, we use standard eXtra4 software based on Internet telephony. It allows us to access the user's computer directly from anywhere in the world. The user can follow the events on his own screen and interrupt the connection at any time. We work with the following proven support tools:

Already years ago, eXtra4 has developed an efficient support system for fast processing of help services. It enables everyone - even users who are not yet customers of eXtra4 - to fall back on the competence of our qualified support team.
Support services can be purchased like a traditional product. You buy a support ticket, get a time account and get instant help on your own computer.
Those who additionally participate in the Support-Bonus-System can collect bonus points by purchasing consumables and thus provide for possible emergencies through support units.
