We have just updated the software of our hotline to give help via online support right in front of the client's computer. To download the current upgrade of pcvisit is also indispensable for users who already have downloaded a guest module.


Guest modules of legacy versions of pcvisit don't work anymore.
 

pcvisit_starten Step 1

Please click on the pcvisit symbol on the left in order to load the guest module. When asked if the file "pcvisit.exe" should be executed or saved, please execute it.

Should the browser installation not allow a direct execution, please save the file and execute the programme in another step.
 
pcvisit_1neu_e Step 2

Please enter the connection number in the pcvisit field which will be given to you by our support employee on the phone.
pcvisit_2neu_e Step 3

Now you are asked via a dialogue field whether we should be allowed not only to have a look at your PC, but also to have access to it.

As soon as you have entered this field, you will be able to watch our employee assisting to your PC!
pcvisit_3neu_e Step 4

Via the "close" symbol you are in a position to disconnect at any time, at the latest after the support works are finished.
